Von Möbelstücken bis zum Grabstein, vom Torbogen bis zur Mauerabdeckplatte. Beton ist ein sehr vielfältiges Produkt.
Wir produzieren exklusiven Beton, welcher anschließend bearbeitet wird. Jedes Produkt ist ein Einzelstück. Es wird exakt nach Ihren Wünschen gefertigt. Die Farbfindung findet meist mittels Musterplatten statt. Es ist von Schwarz bis weiß (fast) alles möglich. Die Oberfläche kann entweder sandgestrahlt, gestockt, geschliffen oder schalrein ausgeführt werden.
In unserem Formenbau wir eine eigene Schalung für Ihr Projekt hergestellt, anschließend wir der Beton nach Ihren Wünschen (und technische Anforderungen) hergestellt. Nach dem Aushärten wird der „rohe“ Beton durch Sägen, Fräsen und/oder Schleifen in Form gebracht.
Durch eine Vielzahl an Fräsen, Sägen und Schleifmaschinen sind wir in der Lage fast alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Selbst Säulen mit Gravur sind aufgrund unserer „Steindrehbank“ und unserer „Stein 4-Achs CNC Fräse“ möglich.
